Preview does include video recording, which is an excellent feature for getting around the sharing, however it’s less a substitute and more a useful feature for demoing the prototype. There doesn’t appear to be any manual guide lines or grids available. But moving objects around brings up guides relative to other objects and there’s full pixel-perfect placement control on the inspector. Users can create components to create logos, buttons, and other assets for reuse.

If you’re seeing large chunks of shifted pixels in your artboards, you should update your drivers to the latest versions to ensure the best experience with XD. It became clear that we should combine the foundational Spectrum design language with Spectrum for Adobe Express—which is how the Express theme became our starting point for Spectrum 2. And instead of dozens of collaborators, there are thousands or even tens of thousands. Traditionally, when designing for multiple screen sizes, you would have to duplicate your design and manually resize and reposition each element. With Adobe XD's responsive resize toggle, you can quickly create multiple screen sizes, or simply shift and alter elements within a group without having to deal with unwanted stretching. Basic alignment (including useful on screen guides), Path manipulation (add, subtract, etc) and simple arrangement are included. Layers aren’t included in case the artboards become cluttered with lots of elements, however this is not a terrible feature to leave out of a preview version. Multiple Flows lets you create and share multiple versions of a design from the same document, or in the same file and leverage the same set of artboards across many prototypes or design specs.
